💰 £28,766.63 per annum (£14.18 per hour)
🕒 Monday to Thursday 10:00am - 7:00pm | Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Dunstable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy operational setting and enjoys being at the heart of warehouse activity, ensuring stock movements, deliveries and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing warehouse, goods-in and dispatch paperwork
• Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
• Updating internal systems and databases
• Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse operatives and management teams
• Booking deliveries and collections
• Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving queries
• Supporting compliance and health & safety administration
• Managing emails, filing and general administrative duties

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
