Your salary, benefits & hours of work

• £30,000 to £35,000, negotiable depending on experience.
• 6% employer pension contribution.
• Eligibility for an annual bonus.
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the office closed between Christmas and New Year.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch, or finish at 4:30pm with a shorter break. Pick the pattern that fits your life.

What you'll do as the Sales Administrator

You'll be a central point of contact for customers and suppliers, working alongside a close-knit sales team.

• Process customer orders and handle day-to-day customer service requests.
• Interpret basic engineering drawings to prepare workshop job packs.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer design and material requirements.
• Order materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Keep the 25,000-item product database up to date.
• Manage and store customer and internal documents.
