Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: Immediate / September 2026
Contract: Full-Time | Fixed-Term until July 2027 | Potential for Permanent

We are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time fixed-term basis until July 2027, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Role Highlights

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Year 4 lessons
• Teach across English, Maths and the wider curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Promote positive behaviour, independence and resilience
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
• Contribute to the wider school community

About You

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school
• Year 4 experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Nurturing, adaptable and reflective approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about supporting children's academic and personal development
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• ECTs are welcome to apply and will be fully supported
