Warehouse Team Leader
Bedford- MK42
£13.42 - £13.92 per hour depending on hours 

Shifts Available- 
Any 5 out of 7 days- 11:00am-19:30pm
Any 5 out of 7 days- 15:00pm-23:30pm

ASAP Start
Temporary with potential to be made permanent after 12 successful weeks

As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, targets are met, and team members are motivated.

Key Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a team leader role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
