Salary: Up to £19 per hour + Overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week

MLR Construction & Engineering are currently recruiting for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join an established engineering business based in the Bedford area.
We're looking for skilled fabricators who have a strong background in TIG welding and general fabrication, with at least 3 years' relevant experience.

As a TIG Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for carrying out TIG welding and fabrication work to a high standard, working from drawings and producing quality fabricated components.
Experience working on conveyors would be highly desirable, although this is not essential.

  TIG welding to a high standard
• 
  General fabrication and assembly
• 
  Working from engineering drawings
• 
  Measuring, marking out and preparing materials
• 
  Cutting, forming and fitting components
• 
  Ensuring finished work meets required quality standards
• 
  Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• 
  Minimum 3 years' experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator
• 
  Strong TIG welding experience
• 
  Full fabrication skillset
• 
  Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• 
  Good understanding of fabrication processes
• 
  Strong attention to detail and quality
• 
  Conveyor fabrication experience is desirable
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
