Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a range of supportive and inclusive primary and secondary schools across the Milton Keynes area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

• Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation.

• Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities.

• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN where required.

• Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

• Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

• Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching, or support setting.

• Be patient, caring, and adaptable.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be committed to supporting students' academic and personal development.

• Have a positive and proactive approach to learning support.

• Hold relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
