We're recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-brand organisation for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join their Marketing / Digital Commerce team.

You'll take ownership of social media across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands, helping to build brand awareness, grow engaged communities and drive measurable results across multiple channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social media professional who enjoys combining creativity, content and commercial insight within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities for a Social Media Manager:

• Manage social media content across multiple brands and platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, copy and short-form video content.
• Plan and deliver organic and paid social campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages and reviews.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators and online communities.
• Monitor social performance and use insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support product launches, campaigns and key retail moments.
• Keep up to date with social media trends and platform developments.

Key Skills for a Social Media Manager:

• Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and social media skills.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets.
• Confident using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and best practice.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyse and report on performance.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Creative, commercially-minded and confident communicator.
• Video editing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
