Security Service Engineer

Milton Keynes & Surrounding Areas

£32,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE | £53,000+ OTE | Small Local Patch | Excellent Benefits

• £32,000 - £40,000 basic salary DOE
• £53,000+ OTE

The Role

As a Security Service Engineer, you’ll cover a small, well-managed patch around Milton Keynes, with travel across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Peterborough.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of commercial security systems, ensuring customers receive a reliable, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Security Engineer who takes pride in their technical ability and customer service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience servicing commercial CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Intruder Alarm experience – essential
• A full UK driving licence
• A professional and customer-focused approach

Installation Engineers looking to make the move into service are also encouraged to apply.
