Receptionist – Bedford

Location: Bedford
Pay Rate: £15.50 - 16.50 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Days: Monday – Friday
Duration: 3–6 years

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy team in Bedford on a long-term basis.

Duties:

• Welcoming visitors and managing reception
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Signing visitors in and out
• Supporting general administration duties
• Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
• Assisting the wider site/team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous reception or administration experience preffered
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and presentable manner
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
