As a Procurement & Risk Manager, you'll play a key role in managing procurement activities and ensuring effective risk management within the public sector. Your work will help streamline supply chain processes and support the organisation's goals.

Description

• Lead procurement activities to support operational and strategic goals.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation and contracts.
• Analyse market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
• Ensure adherence to public sector regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Procurement & Risk Manager should have:

• Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage risks effectively within a procurement context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing contracts and documentation.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £55,596 to £65,966, dependent on the level of experience.
