Job Description:

365 People are looking for an organised and reliable Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support one of our key logistics clients. You will be primarily based in Milton Keynes, with travel to our Luton and Bedford sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding temporary warehouse staff
• Completing registrations, Right to Work and compliance checks
• Managing daily bookings, attendance and shift requirements
• Checking workers in and supporting them onsite
• Liaising with the client regarding staffing requirements
• Dealing with worker queries and day-to-day issues
• Supporting the wider onsite operation across MK, Luton and Bedford
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment or onsite experience would be beneficial, but training can be provided
• Confident dealing with clients and temporary workers
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours – the usual shift is 2pm–10pm, however some flexibility will be required depending on operational needs
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential due to travel between sites

This is a hands-on, people-focused role and would suit someone who enjoys a busy working environment where no two days are quite the same.
