Pay: £18.00–£24.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join a busy structural steel operation based in Leighton Buzzard.

This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for a stable position, competitive pay and flexibility around shift patterns.

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components to a high standard. You will work from engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring all work meets the required quality and safety standards.

• MIG welding structural steel components
• Working from engineering drawings and weld specifications
• Preparing, assembling and welding steelwork
• Ensuring welds meet required quality standards
• Carrying out visual inspections of completed work
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a skilled production team

We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience in MIG welding, ideally within structural steel
• The ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• £18.00–£24.00 per hour, depending on experience
