About Our Customer
4way Recruitment has partnered directly with an established fire safety business specialising in kitchen fire suppression systems. Delivering installations, servicing, compliance inspections and remedial works to customers across hospitality, education, healthcare, leisure, food production and facilities management, our client is looking to strengthen its commercial sales team.

Salary and Benefits – Kitchen Fire Suppression Sales Manager

• Up to £50,000 per annum (base), plus commission

Key Responsibilities – Kitchen Fire Suppression Sales Manager

• Developing and executing sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets across servicing, maintenance, remedial works and new installations
• Identifying and securing new business across hospitality, education, healthcare, leisure, food production and facilities management sectors
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals and industry engagement
• Preparing proposals, quotations and tenders, and leading commercial negotiations through to close
• Developing long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and identify further growth opportunities
• Working closely with operations, engineering and compliance teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered smoothly
• Managing accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and margin performance for senior leadership
• Attending industry events and exhibitions to build the company's profile and generate leads
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and insurance requirements relevant to commercial kitchen protection

Skills and experience – Kitchen Fire Suppression Sales Manager:

• Proven track record in sales, business development or commercial account growth, with a history of hitting or exceeding targets
• Experience within fire protection, kitchen fire suppression, fire safety or a related building services sector
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to qualify and convert opportunities
• Commercially aware with strong financial and business acumen
• Comfortable working independently across a varied, self-managed pipeline
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen fire suppression systems (desirable)
• FIA or other relevant industry qualifications (desirable)
