Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for 2 x HR Administrators to join a well-established organisation on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant to join a busy HR team and provide high-quality administrative support across a range of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
• Assisting with employee queries
• Updating and maintaining confidential HR records
• Supporting with general HR administration
• Producing reports and updating HR information as required
• Providing wider administrative support to the HR team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Experience handling confidential information
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
