Counterbalance Driver – Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team. This role involves safely operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload and move stock, while also carrying out manual handling duties as part of the daily workload. You will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, completing basic paperwork, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Previous counterbalance forklift experience and a valid Counterbalance licence are essential. This is a fast-paced role working on a rotational shift pattern, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are key.
