Audit Manager

Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: £65,000 – 75,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are working on behalf of a highly respected independent accountancy and advisory firm to recruit an Audit Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit professional looking for a varied role, strong client exposure and genuine career progression.

The Audit Manager role:

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage, mentor and develop junior team members
• Review audit work and ensure high-quality delivery
• Work closely with Partners and wider advisory teams
• Identify opportunities to support clients with wider services

Audit Manager Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Experienced Audit Manager or strong Assistant Audit Manager
• Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge
• Confident managing clients and teams
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress
